What are the worst Army bases?

I've seriously never been on a " bad base" I've always found more good things about where I've been than bad. You just have to be flexible and understand that when you deal with the Military things may change at any minute. As far as the BS excuse of there being nothing to do, there's always something to do you just have to be willing to go out and find it!!
