Can the sheriff evict my tenant?

I took my tenant to court to evict her and I won by default. The judge court ordered her to vacate with in 14 days but the court order says nothing about the sheriff forcibly removing her. Dose this give the sheriff the legal right to remove her after the 14 days or dose that require a further action?
