Is there any chance of me getting a scholarship anywhere?

Ya, I have a 3.4 unweighted gpa, 27 on the act, 1650 on the SAT, 4 years in orchestra, 3 years Mock Trial, and I am now going to a Science Camp at UNC. I have also volunteered at the local library, and a summer arts camp. Is there anything I can improve on, and I want to go to a Out of State school. Also, what level of college would I be able to get in. (I know im not getting in Ivy league)
