How can we as afro americans protect ourselves against racism and racist companies and there unjust treatment?

We as Afro Americans are at the constant target seen and unseen heard and unheard and mostly spied upon by our oppressors who want to destroy, or tarnish our life and carreers but I say to you God has broken the Ice when he appointed a black President The next step is for God to totally set us free from the very act of racism coming from mostly big companies owned by our oppressors who are starting to fall like flies when God abolish the power of our oppressors in this country to opprees then we will be truely set free p this message on to the Rev Jessee Jackson and Rev AL Sharpton and p this message to Gerald Rose out of Atlanta GA my people will not be fully free until we are put in charge of our own destiny and until we change together as a people working together to build abetter tommorow in our own ravished communities across the USA.
