What is a word for somebody (like myself) who generally does not like African Americans but almost always...?

What is the word for a person who doesnt generally like African Americans but has never met a black African or European he didn't like? Racist doesnt really describe that... Bigot is too general and there are actually african americans I do like, but I just usually dont. It's more of an issue of character really. I dont like people who act like ghetto thugs and generally obnoxious (majority of African Americans I've come in contact with, though not all). So what am I? I've spoken to some black Africans about this as well and they feel the same way... What are they? This is not racism or simple bigotry.
