Absolutely no offense intended, I mean this in the best possible way, and I'm trying to help you...you need to brush up on your social skills. Next time you're interested in a girl, think of forging an acquaintanceship with her first. It's a logical progression. You start out with casual conversation...think, the weather, the homework, the professor, the test you're taking, etc. Every day you talk to her and maybe chat for a few minutes before cl starts. If she's always friendly and encouraging you can then try to dial it up a notch...ask for her number, talk about getting a study group together, or maybe ask her if she'd like to have coffee. If I'm reading this post correctly, she smiled at you a few times, said hi to you ONCE, and you totally confronted her, put her on the spot, asked her if she liked you, and then proceeded to interrogate her about how she feels about you. Wrong thing to do...even if she was interested in you before, you totally put her on the spot, on the defensive, and now she thinks you're weird. Next time, try to get to know someone first. Don't demand to know how a person you barely know feels about you...be friendly, then show them that you like THEM by asking them to have coffee after cl, inviting them to study with you, etc.
