What's the difference between these two Betta Fish Foods?

I like the Hikari Betta Bio-Gold myself,it is the one I use and I find the pellets are a nice size but it can be a bit more expensive than some of the others.The other betta bites you showed would be fine as well ,betta tend to not the like the tropical flakes as much although if you have nothing else they might eat them,it's best to get a pellet made specifically for bettas.
