Spots problem?

i am a 16 year old guy. I'm not really spotty but lately like 3 spots pop up at once, i want to know if there's any face wash or something i can buy at boots that's aimed for men. i'm not looking for stuff that'll get rid of them but just something to clean my somewhat oily face and stop more from poping up
