Does anyone know what kind of laundry detergent they use in hospitals?

I would like to purchase the laundry detergent used in hospitals. I have noticed how the laundry there is really clean w/o the overbearing smell and chemicals. Does anyone know what hospitals or hotels use to wash clothes, sheets, etc? Thanks
