Does anyone use NAACRA for military families child care subsidy?

I just got approved for child care subsidy through a program called NAACRA. It is for military familes. My husband is in the Marines and the program we are approved for is Childcare in your Neighborhood, or something like that. I am wondering how the payment system works? We got approved for more then half the costs each month at my daughters preschool, so do we pay each week in full then get reimbursed, or do they calculate the discount into our weekly payment?
