Most divorce agreements stipulate " unless, otherwise she re-marries". Get a lawyer you can consult with them for free... and they can tell you what your options are. Before the consultation make sure he has his divorce papers with the agreement with you. I know of a woman who has been divorced seven times! She has a serious problem, and beleives "she got screwed", because she isn't getting any thing from any of her ex's. So there is hope out there. Could you let me know how that works out for him? No morbid curiosity, just hoping it works out in his best interest also.
