Why are Trinidadians in denial about the problems in their country?

it isn't that we are in denial. we are fully aware of the problems in our country. doing something about it? that's tough. the gov't is corrupt no one cyah say no! but i jeez come on. we have we own problem to deal wit. d gov't is ah waste ah time so wat u want we to do? run a coup in d country?
