Does MY Boyfriend LOVE ME?

Its was a very long story.. But I will tell the important things only.. I and him were like 13 years old and I'm indonesian chinese he is Singaporean and how long I've been be with him for about one year and a half.. In that time I know that he loves me so much he says he want to be with me forever.. He wouldn't love other girl except me He was the best bf for me.. And finally he made me believe that he will nvr hurt me.. And as you know I have 2 sister and I am the only person who had BF.. And they always make me sad by telling me just break up you still a kid .. Blablabla as my parents also like to tell me that.. They don't know I have BF I guess? . But then I always talk to him and says let's break my parents says that we are still young all we must do is focusing on study... But than I also don't want... He also say " I don't want " he were begging me and he hit his hand just bcoz he don't want me brk with him and he hugged me and don't want to let me go.. As that time I also love him.. And I know if LOVE everyone can feel it either young or old.. But one day sch holiday long holiday i muSt go indonesian to celebrate christmas as I'm indonesian he also stayed in SG. He says he will wait for me till I came back and be with him again.. But then 5 month i didn't see him and I know I'm wrong bcos I I also can't go SG as I have family problem :( I was so sad and I miss him so much.. But then when one day he text me and say I'm sorry I don't love you I had to move on I wait for you but you never there and be with me.. He said he likes other girl... Also he had alrdy take my first Kiss . That's why its so hard to believe that he fall for other girl.. As you know the girl are from Korean.. Cute... Pretty.. :( and I said " no just wait for me I believe you would love me back and be with me, just wait for me " than he said ok I will wait for you.. As I'm back in SG now tada~ ! He said he love me now! As the prob is.. He wasn't as romantic as bfore! He wasn't! Anyone?;
