Does Venus conjunct Ur in both in Scorpio make you intuitive about lover?

I already know the reason I have intuitive dreams is because of my Moon and Neptune in the 8th. But I especially have intuitive dreams and gut feeling about my significant other. I'll be like just knowing something about them all of a sudden, and just figure out something in a flash. I am rarely wrong. I was thinking that it might be my Ur conjunct Venus, because they are both in Scorpio. Any theories on that? Does that sound like a logical explanation?
