How can one decipher the omens/visions given by nature/soul/god?

the first thing we must understand is that there is no predictability in the omens or visions by Nature because we have no control over Nature; we only manipulate and exploit Nature; by Soul because soul by itself cannot converse or interact except through a physical body.We can have access to embodied souls only and such souls are conditioned; the predictions need not be accurate always by God because God gives predictions based on our own actions and thoughts and words.So we decipher depending on our necessity, availability of data and our capacity to put together facts and fictions.
