I'm too embarred to go to a doctor for this sort of injury...?

Well, you see I'm a bit of a weird guy and I'm into some strange things... Long story short, my ring ripped through part of my and the skin around it is starting to turn black and dead... I didn't notice because I was on a spot of benzo and I was unconscious for a day and a half. My... well, I guess now ex boyfriend finished and left me in a wet heap at the club and I guess the janitor didn't want to wake me up. I must have bled there for hours; my clothes are soaked in semen and blood... Is there a way I can avoid going to the doctors for this? I don't want my parents to find out (I moved out 2 weeks ago, so this **** is embaring...) or anyone else, for that matter. I'm also afraid my may fall off...
